Recurring events that were created or updated between March 12 18:30 UTC (10:30am PST, 1:30pm EST, 18:30 GMT) and March 13 22:00 UTC (2:00pm PDT, 5:00pm EDT, and 21:00 GMT) may not be immediately reflected in the Reclaim system, resulting in incorrect scheduler logic and possibly incorrect data in the Planner view.
The underlying issue has been fixed and any impact to your account will automatically be resolved by 4am local time on March 14th for most customers, but those in the Asia/Pacific region may see the issue persist until 4am March 15th.
If the recurring series is modified between now and then, the issue will also automatically resolve itself. You can also open a support ticket with us if you'd like us to run an audit+repair on your account ahead of the regularly scheduled process. Alternatively, if you "tweak" the impacted recurring event in any way (color, RSVP note, etc) that will jog the sync process and resolve the issue.
